REFUND POLICY — SCULPTLUXE

Due to the hygienic nature of our products (shapewear, bodysuits), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been opened or tried on.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Sculptluxe@gmail.comor +33 7 44 95 74 45 with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under European Union law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to unsealed hygiene or intimate apparel items (including shapewear and bodysuits), in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
